Highest 3rd Wicket Partnership in T20 | Top 10
T20 cricket is a lightning-fast format. Every decision, shot, and ball carries immense weight.
Losing wickets early can be devastating. The top-order batsmen usually set the platform for a big score, so their fall puts immense pressure on the middle order.
That is where the 3rd wicket partnership comes in. It’s their job to rebuild the innings, steady the ship, and provide a foundation for the later batsmen to launch an attack.
A good 3rd wicket partnership is not just about accumulating runs. It’s about communication, understanding the situation, and playing complementary roles.
One batsman might anchor the innings while the other takes calculated risks, ensuring a healthy mix of caution and aggression.
The highest 3rd wicket partnership in t20 is 193 runs. Kushal Malla and Rohit Paudel of Nepal made that stunning partnership against Mongolia in 2023.
