The highest 4th wicket partnership in t20 is 174* runs. Quinton de Kock and David Miller of South Africa made that phenomenal partnership against India in 2022.

Here are the top 10 highest 4th wicket partnerships in t20 internationals:
1. Quinton de Kock and David Miller – 174 Runs Partnership:
Quinton de Kock and David Miller of South Africa smashed an unbeaten 174 runs against India in Guwahati in October 2022. It is the highest fourth-wicket partnership in T20 Internationals.
Miller was the aggressor, scoring 106 off 47 balls, while De Kock provided the perfect foil with an unbeaten 69 off 48 balls.
But their 174 run-stand could win the match as South Africa scored 221/3 in twenty overs and lost the match by 16 runs.
2. Bikram Arora and Varun Thamotharam – 166 Runs Partnership:
In a lesser-known T20 match between Malta and Gibraltar in August 2021, Bikram Arora and Varun Thamotharam stitched together a mammoth 166-run partnership for the fourth wicket.
Thamotharam smashed an unbeaten 104 off 52 balls, while Arora chipped in with a valuable 66 off 54 balls.
Their effort helped Malta post a massive total of 197 runs, which proved to be too much for Gibraltar as they fell short by just four runs.
3. Lingeswaran Canessane and Usman Khan – 164 Runs* Partnership:
France pulled off a stunning upset against Romania in July 2023 thanks to a brilliant unbeaten 164-run partnership between Lingeswaran Canessane and Usman Khan.
Canessane was the star of the show, scoring a blistering 89 off 52 balls, while Khan provided solid support with an unbeaten 63 off 49 balls.
Their partnership helped France post a commanding total of 191 runs, while Romania could only manage 103 in reply.
4. David Warner and Glenn Maxwell – 161 Runs Partnership:
In a high-scoring encounter between Australia and South Africa in Johannesburg in 2016, David Warner and Glenn Maxwell put on a show with a 161-run partnership for the fourth wicket.
Warner was brutal, smashing 77 off 44 balls, while Maxwell chipped in with a quickfire 75 off 43 balls.
Due to their partnership, Australia chased down a target of 205 runs with five wickets in hand.
5. Samson Awiah and Rexford Bakum – 143 Runs Partnership:
Ghana registered a thumping victory over Cameroon in December 2022 thanks to a brilliant 143-run partnership between Samson Awiah and Rexford Bakum for the fourth wicket.
Awiah played a blinder, scoring 96 off 69 balls, while Bakum provided good support with 66 off 39 balls.
Their partnership helped Ghana post a commanding total of 183 runs. in reply, Cameroon bowled out on 76 runs and lost the match by a massive 107-run margin.
6. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Tilak Varma – 141 Runs Partnership:
In a closely contested match between India and Estonia in November 2023, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Tilak Varma played a key role in India’s victory with a 141-run partnership for the fourth wicket.
Gaikwad was the aggressor, scoring 123 off 57 balls, while Varma played a responsible knock of 31 off 24 balls.
Their partnership helped India post a competitive total of 222 runs, which did not prove to be enough as England won the match by 5 wickets.
7. Ali Masood and Stuart Hook – 140 Runs* Partnership:
Switzerland pulled off a surprise victory against Estonia in July 2022 thanks to a solid 140-run partnership between Ali Masood and Stuart Hook for the fourth wicket.
Masood played a well-paced innings of 69 off 56 balls, while Hook provided good support with 69 off 57 balls.
Their partnership helped Switzerland post a respectable total of 173 runs, which proved to be too much for Estonia as they managed only 142/3.
8. Ben Duckett and Harry Brook – 139 Runs* Partnership:
This unbeaten stand of 139 runs between Ben Duckett and Harry Brook of England was the key to England’s victory against Pakistan in 2022.
Duckett scored 70 runs off 42 balls, while Brook smashed an unbeaten 81 off 35 balls and England won the match by 63 runs.
9. Anish Paraam and Navin Param – 137 Runs Partnership:
This partnership of 137 runs between Anish Paraam and Navin Param helped Singapore to a comfortable victory over the Philippines.
Anish Paraam scored 100 runs off 62 balls, while Navin Param chipped in with 54 runs off 39 balls. Singapore won the match by 87 runs.
10. Basil George and Varun Thamotharam – 135 Runs* Partnership:
Basil George and Varun Thamotharam of Malta made an unbeaten 135-run partnership against Gibraltar.
Thamotharam scored 54 runs off 24 balls, while George scored 93 runs off 44 runs. Their partnership helped Malta win the match by 7 wickets with 21 balls remaining.
